We're on the lookout for a Print Media Manager with 3 or more years of experience in an Agency setting. If you're a detail-orientated planner and executor who thrives under pressure, this may be the role for you.
The Print Media Manager position is focused on the planning and execution of all print advertising campaigns. The Media Manager will engage in campaigns and align advertising initiatives with overall plans. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, optimization and success of demand generation for advertising campaigns and includes day-to-day interaction with media agencies. The Media Manager is also responsible for managing the media co-ordinators/Account Executives and for developing and growing such staff, appropriately
You must have:
1. Matriculation / Grade 12 Certificate
2. Certificate/Diploma/BA Degree specialising in Marketing, PR or similar Retail Experience
3. Strong ability to interpret and share data effectively
4. Basic knowledge of advertising media channels
5. Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in at least, English & Afrikaans
6. Be able to lead and influence cross-functional teams
7. High-energy self-starter with a can do attitude
8. Ability to learn quickly and work in a growth environment.
9. Highly detail oriented, motivated and dedicated
10. Demonstrated ability to ensure seamless communication and delivery of projects.
11. Experience and skills managing internal and external resources
12. Proven ability to complete projects against strict deadlines and budget requirements

Work experience requirements:
· 1 to 2 years’ previous experience in a digital field
· Hands-on experience with software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro
· Established aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts
· Bias towards accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure
· Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
· Demonstrated creativity and innovation
· A reasonable understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
· Experience working in UI/UX designs

You will be required to:
· Research on industry-related topics
· Create various content types(videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
· Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts
· Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
· Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn
· Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content
· Analyse web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
You must have:
· Degree and Diploma in Digital Marketing or a similar qualification
· 3-5 years’ experience in content generation
· Proven work experience as a Content Creator or similar field
· Knowledge and experience on Adobe Suite and DiVinci (advantageous).
· Experience and knowledge in shooting video or photographs.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

The Account Manager serves as a link between clients and the agency and is responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and for communicating clearly to all those involved. They must understand their client's needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often daily. The Account Manager manages administrative and campaign work and ensures that advertising projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work experience requirements:
· 3-5 years proven experience as an Account Manager, or in a similar level sales/customer service role
· Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
· Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, in at least English and Afrikaans
· Ability to build strong and mutually rewarding professional relationships
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· A strong business acumen
· Enthusiastic and passionate
· Strong sales and customer service skills
· Knowledge of the latest advertising and marketing trends
